Our Doula Services
DayTime Hours
Daytime hours are between 9:00AM and 5:00PM, with a minimum of 4 hours and a maximum of 8 hours. Experience a range of nurturing assistance tailored to your needs, focusing on comfort and well-being during those crucial early days.
SunRISE Hours
Sunrise hours are from 5:00AM to 9:00AM. This service provides essential support for parents, ensuring a peaceful transition to the day. These hours can be beneficial for families with other children by supporting parents to integrate their newborn into daily routines more easily and better prepare for the day ahead.
SUNSET Hours
Sunset hours are from 5:00PM to 9:00PM. This time is often referred to as the “witching hour”. Allow us to assist you in creating a seamless evening routine.
OverNIGHT
Overnight hours are from 9 PM to 5 AM or 10 PM to 6 AM. Our overnight services include feeding, diapering, and soothing the newborn, allowing parents to get some much-needed rest. We’ll coordinate with nursing parents to ensure a smooth nighttime routine and can also assist with light housework as needed.

We have a variety of classes and groups offering perinaltal support for moms, babies, and the rest of the family
Our free Postpartum Support Group offers a place of support, information, and community for individuals navigating the challenges and adjustments following childbirth. Our groups provide a space where new parents can share experiences, seek advice, and receive emotional and practical support from others who are going through similar experiences.

Postpartum Support Group
ONE OF THE MOST IMPORTANT CLASSES YOU CAN TAKE! Join our very own, Tara Ivatts, certified CPR instructor from the American Heart Association as she teaches you essential life-saving skills, including CPR, AED usage, and choking relief. Experience these crucial techniques in a relaxed and comfortable setting. Perfect for expecting parents, new parents, older parents, aunts and uncles, grandparents, teachers, coaches, or anyone else wanting to learn this life-saving skill! CPR Class
Is your little one ready to explore the world of music in a fun, engaging, and therapeutic way? Our Toddler Music Class is designed for children ages 0-5 and is led by a Music Therapist, Danielle Bayer. This class will introduce your toddler to the joys of music through singing, movement, instruments, and interactive play. Come bond with your little one and watch them grow through the power of music!

Toddler Music Class
Tummy time groups are ideal for babies ages 0 to 6 months (or older if they are not yet crawling). It is a great opportunity to socialize with other moms while your baby enjoys the numerous benefits of tummy time, such as, strengthening muscles, enhancing motor skills, promoting visual development, and more! Tummy Time Group
Join us for Back-to-Basics workout, suitable for any fitness level! This class is taught by fitness instructor, Emily, owner and founder of Alainn Studio. This 4 week session is designed for moms with babies aged 0 to 15 months old. *Please bring a yoga mat if you have one. Mommy and Baby Workout
Our Little Hustlers class is ideal for babies who are crawling to 18 months old. It is held in a safe, spacious area, designed to promote physical development, coordination, and social skills in young children. Children will develop skills that enhance overall physical development while encouraging sharing, taking turns, and cooperative play to promote social interaction and communication.
